But of course, the best thing about France, is the pastries...
Julian Dean just about sums it up with that one. The OGE boys are in for what they hope will be fairly quiet stage, settling in for a mostly flat ride from Livarot to Fougeres.
Sheriff, Whitey, Gerry and Julian are taking what little time they have away from the stage to give out some OGE merch, and get some quality French treats in return.
There are some unique requests made of them by the riders, TdF jocks, and a new set of 'pork' ribs among them. You'll just have to watch the video to figure that one out.

But it's not all about OGE. Daniel Teklehaimanot is the man of the hour, holding on to the polka dot jersey two stages in a row. He's come along way since he performed from a hotel balcony for the "call me maybe" video in his OGE days, and the boys are pretty proud to have raced with him.
Sheriff's forecast for Stage 8? "It's a bit of a lumpy day tomorrow, certainly a lumpy finish..." Stage 8 marks a transition from the sprint stages into the mountains, with a good climb up Col du Mont Bel-Air. Matthews had hoped to challenge on this stage, but by the sounds of things, he might be biding his time just a bit longer.
